The RIM BlackBerry 7105t was originally released for T-Mobile in 2005. The small and convenient handheld is packed with functions including enhanced Yahoo! Mail access that allows users to efficiently manage all of their e-mail on the move, whether for business or pleasure. Using the BlackBerry Internet browser, users are able to not only browse the web but also send real-time, push-based e-mail to T-Mobile customers as Yahoo! is the first e-mail provider to take advantage of full BlackBerry Internet Service integration. With all the wonderful messaging options, the 7105t is perfect for those who need to stay in touch while roaming the globe.
The 7105t measures 119 x 58 x 19 mm and weighs in at only 120 g, making it one of the most convenient and easy-to-use BlackBerrys of its time. Its quad-band GSM 850 / 900 / 1800 / 1900 network support ensures connectivity wherever business or pleasure leads you across the globe including North America, Europe, and Asia. The sleek design of the 7105t fits nicely in both your pocket and your hand with its internal antenna, full QWERTY keypad and trackwheel for easy navigation. The bright and vibrant screen supports 65000 colors (STN) and 240 x 260 pixels so you can text, view wallpapers and screensavers clearly and beautifully. The large screen makes playing games on your handheld fun and colorful as the 7105t supports J2ME technology for playing Java games. With more games available to download from anywhere, you will never become bored no matter where you are.
And with all the browsing, messaging and chatting capabilities you will be able to keep in touch with friends, family and business partners at all times. E-mail is provided by not only Yahoo! Mail as mentioned, but also Lotus Domino as well as Microsoft Exchange. This ensures that while you will not only be able to send e-mail messages, you will also be able to send file attachments. Your BlackBerry enables you to view files in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF and other formats. The 7105t acts very much like a home or office PC and with full PC synchronization you can transfer files via the USB cable provided. With full SMS, EMS and MMS texting capabilities and SureType predictive typing technology, you will be able to send quick text messages on the fly. For those whom you want to chat with a little more, the 7105t provides AOL, ICQ and Yahoo chatting capabilities.
The smartphone also comes complete with full Bluetooth connectivity to go virtually hands-free whenever you feel the need. Additionally, it comes equipped with a built-in speakerphone for added convenience and supports polyphonic ringtones. By recognizing voice commands, you can make calls and access contacts in your phonebook without touching a button. The 7105t also provides all of your daily planning needs with a calendar, to-do list, calculator and built-in alarm clock so you will always be on time.
Providing 32 MB of memory and four hours of talk-time and 192 hours while on standby with its 960 mAh Li-ion battery, the 7105t is a wonderful BlackBerry that offers incredible functionality while making its user look stylish at the same time.
